IDÈ:IDAG/IDÈ:TODAY about the exhibition
20 years ago ID:I gallery opened its doors at Tjärhovsgatan 19 in Stockholm and since then has been an active part of the local art landscape by being a constant hub in what constitutes an artist-driven scene. The composition of the gallery has changed organically over time and today consists of 27 members as well as artists who run the exhibition together. For the anniversary exhibition, ID:I has been invited to take a place in the Gallery at SKF/Konstnärshuset. The idea is based on actors in the artist-driven scene (of which SKF/Konstnärshuset is also a part) can advantageously support each other and are stronger together as the scene is sometimes unfairly neglected by the media gaze. The exhibition title "Idé:idag" points out that it is ID:I Gallery's current formation that is in the spotlight; members now, threads in their artistry and the reality of the gallery as it stands today.  Curators: Ashik Zaman and Alida Ivanov.

Participating artists:   Anna Nyberg, Anna Ridderstad, Annelie Wallin, Beatrice Hansson, Dan Lageryd, Henrik Brandt, Ivar Hagren/Weronika Bela,  Marjolaine Lombard, Mona Petersson, Paula Urbano, Åsa Andersson-Broms, Hillside Projects (Emily Berry Mennerdahl och Jonas Böttern), Alexander Mood, Johanna Schartau, Snežana Vučetić Bohm, Tobias Sjödin, Helena Pehrsson, Helén Svensson, Ingrid Jonsson, Isak Sundström, Johan Wiking, Linda Karlsson, Sookyoung Huh och Örjan Wallert
